Customers should immediately notify 911, then activate Theft Recovery Mode in their RecovR app. The RecovR recovery team will work with law enforcement to locate and recover the vehicle.

The device comes with limited warranty for your customer who bought the RecovR device. If their car is stolen and is not recovered and declared “total loss” by their insurer after 30 days, the limited warranty provides a payment of $5000 to the car owner and an additional payment of up to $1000 to cover their insurance deductible. Some limitations may apply depending on the state and some dealers might offer higher or lower benefits.
